You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payment for ReviewTap cards is due at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless the cards are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive defective cards, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

All content, features, and functionality of ReviewTap, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by ReviewTap and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReviewTap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any reviews or content posted by your customers on third-party platforms like Google.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewTap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
